Prospective clients and investors wishing to participate in The James Scott Company’s (TJSC) private equity funding programs must first submit a letter of transmittal on company letterhead requesting consideration of their project, along with an “Executive Summary” of the project. The request must be signed by a Key Principal of the company or project, and mailed via postal service to TJSC. Emails and faxes will not be initially accepted. After review of the project, a letter of further consideration or rejection will be issued. If accepted for further consideration, TJSC will issue a Letter of Interest delineating in summary form the terms offered by TJSC, and the process required to begin a program.
